بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ
بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِیمِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنُ
[1]THE MOST GRACIOUS
عَلَّمَ ٱلۡقُرۡءَانَ
[2]has imparted this Qur’an [unto man].
خَلَقَ ٱلۡإِنسَـٰنَ
[3]He has created man:
عَلَّمَهُ ٱلۡبَیَانَ
[4]He has imparted unto him articulate thought and speech.
ٱلشَّمۡسُ وَٱلۡقَمَرُ بِحُسۡبَانࣲ
[5][At His behest] the sun and the moon run their appointed courses;
وَٱلنَّجۡمُ وَٱلشَّجَرُ یَسۡجُدَانِ
[6][before Him] prostrate themselves the stars and the trees.
وَٱلسَّمَاۤءَ رَفَعَهَا وَوَضَعَ ٱلۡمِیزَانَ
[7]And the skies has He raised high, and has devised [for all things] a measure,
أَلَّا تَطۡغَوۡا۟ فِی ٱلۡمِیزَانِ
[8]so that you [too, O men,] might never transgress the measure [of what is right]:
وَأَقِیمُوا۟ ٱلۡوَزۡنَ بِٱلۡقِسۡطِ وَلَا تُخۡسِرُوا۟ ٱلۡمِیزَانَ
[9]weigh, therefore, [your deeds] with equity, and cut not the measure short!
وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ وَضَعَهَا لِلۡأَنَامِ
[10]And the earth has He spread out for all living beings,
